FROM THE DEPTHS OF NIJMEGEN.
The first band for Diabolical Echoes IX is Razernij.
Emerging from the underground of Nijmegen, Razernij brings a black metal assault built on hypnotic riffs, devastating blastbeats and demonic vocals. With members from diverse musical backgrounds, the band forges its own sound, pushing beyond familiar boundaries and dragging the listener into a world of chaos and darkness.
Their lyrics venture into the grim territory of witches, dark folklore and religious decay. Here, ancient myths meet unrestrained fury, and there is little room for anything resembling salvation.
On Saturday, 8 May 2027, Razernij will open the gates for the ninth edition of Diabolical Echoes at Willemeen in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
Nine editions of underground black metal. A new chapter at Willemeen. And plenty more darkness still to come.
